Louis & Edna Els are the founding leaders of Victory Church in Jeffreys Bay and the apostolic leaders of the Freedom Hill Cluster. 

In 1990, the Lord spoke to Louis & Edna regarding the Kouga area - to plant a Kingdom Apostolic Family church for all nations, where people are taught how to have an intimate relationship with God and to live a life the way God intended it to be.

Louis has been involved in many kingdom initiatives that involve schools, gap years, clinics, international church plants and other community projects. Edna has a passion to mentor women into their purpose and destiny thereby transforming families. Together they have a family of 4 beautiful children and 7 grandchildren. They have a passion to love God, love His people, live life, and advance His Kingdom through authentic relationships.
